Lavender is a very balancing herb and the water is no exception. It can be applied externally on minor burns, razor burns, as a cooling spray on sunburn and in hot flushes and on any inflamed skin condition. It is ideal as a compress for migraines and tension headaches and may be used as a spritzer during stressful situations and hot flushes. Ideal as a spray for cleaning children's cuts. Use in the wardrobe and clothes draws regularly to delicately fragrance clothes and help to repel moths. Combines well with witch hazel for sunburn, chamomile for urticaria and during nappy changes, rose for hot flushes, rose geranium for an instant lift and during PMS mood swings, and Greek sage to 'steady the nerves' .
