Chamomile flowers (Roman) Dried Herb

Chamaemelum nobile

Roman chamomile is taken more for its relaxing properties. It is less anti-inflammatory then German chamomile, but used more for irritability and to soothe frayed nerves. Suitbale for children.

Seek advice if taking anti-coagulant therapy such as warfarin. Avoid in pregnancy. Emetic in high doses.
